  • Putting up metal sheds, carports and garages with a floor area up to 100 square metres
  • Preparing the site and laying the concrete slab

Not covered

  • Larger sheds, and garages built into a house

Good to know

Like most trade licences, it also lets the holder do small jobs from another class that are part of the main job, as long as each is worth less than $3,300 and isn’t plumbing, drainage, gas or other work that needs its own licence.
