  • Inspecting a finished home and writing a report to Australian Standard AS 4349.1, the standard for pre-purchase inspections

Not covered

  • Building work, unless they hold another licence for it

Good to know

Pre-purchase inspections need a licence at any price. Builders can’t do them for you under their builder licence.
