1,941 licensees on QBCC’s register hold this class. 1,532 hold it as a contractor licence, so can sign a contract with you directly.

What this licence covers
  • Installing, refurbishing and repairing kitchen, bathroom, laundry and other fitted cabinets on site

Not covered

  • Plumbing, gas or electrical connections. These need licensed trades.

Good to know

Like most trade licences, it also lets the holder do small jobs from another class that are part of the main job, as long as each is worth less than $3,300 and isn’t plumbing, drainage, gas or other work that needs its own licence.
