What this licence covers
  • Advice, administration and management of building projects of any size
  • Acting for you with a builder, including as your agent
  • Acting as the superintendent on a contract, which means certifying timing, quality and cost under it

Not covered

  • Doing or running the building work itself under a construction management contract

Good to know

A project manager with this licence works for you. The building work itself still needs a licensed builder.
